Contact · Workflow Audit Sprint

Tell us about the workflow. We'll take it from there.

A thirty-minute call. No pitch deck, no slides. We'll talk about the workflow you have in mind, the shape of your team, and whether the sprint is the right fit for the problem. You'll leave the call with a clear yes, no, or 'talk to us about something else.'

Chapter 01Two paths

Pick the one that feels less effort.

A · Book directly

Open the calendar and grab a thirty-minute slot. We hold mornings Berlin time for intro calls, Tuesday through Thursday.

B · Write first

Send a few sentences about the workflow and the team. We'll write back within one working day with two or three time options.

Chapter 02Or, write to us here

A short form. Five fields.

We read every one. We reply within one working day. We won't add you to a sequence. The only mail you'll receive is a direct reply from one of us.

Chapter 03What we'll cover on the call

Thirty minutes. Three things.

  • The workflow. You walk us through it as it actually runs today. We ask the boring questions a consultant won't.
  • The shape of the team. Who does this work today, who would own the system after, and what's in the way.
  • A yes or a no. We tell you on the call whether the sprint is the right fit. If it's not, we say why, and where you might look instead.
Chapter 04What won't happen

A short list, honestly.

  • No pitch deck. No screen-share with slides.
  • No follow-up sequence. One reply from one of us, then we leave you alone.
  • No 'let's loop in our partner network.' There is no partner network.
